items.otb mismatch spr and dat

I can not add a new object in items.otb. I can add new monsters and replace sprites of previously created items. but when adding something new to items.otb or the client swears or textures disappear on the screen. in tibia.dat and servers object numbers are different (tibia.dat opening with ObjectBuilder_0_4_8 ) ( items.otb edit using otitemeditor-0.2.2 )
