Help with errors in console and one question.

hi guys, i have 4 days compiling, translating and set up one TFS 1.2 server.

When start up the server the console spit much errors....

CONSOLE ERRORS HERE!!!!!

What can i do whit this shit?

And the other question... How i can translate the action of: you see?

Edit: I have one player and make it admin in the database using phpmyadmin. Set the group id 3 but...
