I'm looking for a server that has a really low exp rate. I would take 0.1 exp rate. But a higher than usual Skill rate. 5x-20x should be good.

Tibia is not the same because a fire sword isn't shit anymore. That slogan that says you will always remember your first dragon was real, I do. But today, means nothing.
I also remember the first fire sword I saw. I also remember the first level 200 (I got there shortly after bubble had broken the 100)...
Is there any 1x exp, 5x+ Skill server?
